- Location: Obama International Conference Room and Seminar Room at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies
- Take a subway line No.1 and get off at station “Oedae Ipgu(외대입구)”. Walk to H.U.F.S campus for 3 minutes from the station

4. Registration fee

- Participants must pay $30 or 30,000 Won at the registration desk.

5. Hotel

- Participants may use the following hotels which has been reserved by the organizing committee
- Skypark Central, Skypark 1, Skypark 2, Skypark 3, Summit Hotel

- Special rate for the conference participants: US$ 140/a night(The rate can be changed according to the exchange rate)

6. City tour

- Seoul City Tour will be given after the conference on 29th (Sunday)

- 09:00~09:30 Pick up at the hotels in Myongdong and Dongdaemun
- 10:00~11:30 Seoul Tower
- 12:00~13:30 Lunch
- 13:30~15:00 Insadong
- 15:30~17:00 Kyongbok Palace (see the change of palace guards)
- 17:30~18:00 Go back to the hotels
- Price from $75 to $125 (Including lunch, Tour can be cancelled if there are less than 15 people). Please let us know by June 10th, if you want the tour.
